Send a payment link for what is owed
POST/api/payment-links
Names an order (or an instalment) — never an amount: what is owed is
read from the ledger, and read again when the customer opens the link.
Only a confirmed order with something outstanding, belonging to a
person, through the workspace's primary payment service. With a
conversation_id the link is also sent there: a labelled button on
WhatsApp inside the 24-hour window, one sentence elsewhere;
delivery: window_closed when the window is shut. Never to a
marketplace or public thread. An existing live link for the same debt
is returned (existing: true, 200) — and if Wiz was waiting for
approval on it, this request approves it. Requires payment_links.send.
