Email marketing — a tenant connects their own provider account (Resend / Brevo / Mailchimp) with a BYOK API key, builds audiences from their internal contacts, and sends broadcast campaigns, without exporting contacts. Admin-only. The provider API key is encrypted at rest and never returned (has_api_key + 4-char key_preview only).
