List the values the report's filters can pick in a period

GET 
/api/reports/conversions/facets

For each filter dimension (source, medium, campaign, ad, touch_kind, click_id, channel, form, lead_type), the values the period's leads actually carry, the most frequent first (at most 50 each), with how many leads carry them. Only the period, lead_sources, model, per_person and contact_id apply — the other filters do not, so a picked value never hides its siblings.
