Get inbox settings

GET 
/api/inbox-settings

Returns the current tenant's inbox-workflow settings (the default block_message). Readable by any staff member so the block dialog can prefill the notice.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
