POST/api/sms-settings/senders
Reads the account's approved header list from the gateway (Netgsm msgheader, Verimor headers, İleti Merkezi get-sender) and remembers it — the list a backup is checked against before it carries a notice. 422 for a gateway without such a list (Twilio) or a refusal.
