Run the setup tour again from the first step

Re-opens the tour on purpose (owner decision 2026-10-13), whatever its status. Nothing the tour wrote is undone — company card, AI switch, prompt, widget and channels stay as they are. Only the tour's own progress marks are cleared; the answers are refreshed from today's settings so every step opens filled in. A workspace that never had a tour gets the default one. Same permission as the tour (ai.manage).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
