Built-in ticket system — ticket-area settings (tickets are conversations with source='ticket').

📄️Get ticket settings

Returns the current tenant's ticket-area settings. Readable by any staff

📄️Update ticket settings

Partial update of the tenant ticket-area settings. Requires `manage-tickets`.

📄️Get the Zendesk integration status

Returns the tenant's Zendesk connection status (with the inbound webhook URL + secret, never the API token). Requires `manage-tickets`.

📄️Connect / update the Zendesk integration

Save the Zendesk subdomain, agent email and (optionally) API token. Requires `manage-tickets`.

📄️Disconnect the Zendesk integration

Removes the tenant's Zendesk connection. Requires `manage-tickets`.

📄️Test the Zendesk credentials

Verifies the stored Zendesk credentials against the Zendesk API. Requires `manage-tickets`.
