Draft (Faz 4). Dispatched when a message is created in any conversation of the subscribing tenant. The request is signed; verify the X-Smaibot-Signature header (HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body using your endpoint's signing secret) before trusting the payload. Respond 2xx within the timeout; non-2xx responses are retried with exponential backoff.
