Tools API

AI tools from a workspace's own app or backend (doc 97 §13): start a run with a photo, poll it, fetch a short-lived signed link to the result, erase it. Authenticated with a workspace server key (cwz_…) carrying the tools:run scope — the same keys the commerce API uses. Only profiles the workspace turned on for the API are reachable.
