Create a deal
POST/api/deals
Opens a deal in a pipeline stage. Needs deals.manage. The pipeline and
stage must exist in this workspace (list them with listDealPipelines);
the person, company and member are optional. Nothing is sent anywhere —
to create a deal in a CONNECTED CRM use createContactCrmDeal.
Fields left out take the column defaults (status open, value 0,
currency USD) but are absent from this response; read the deal back
for the stored values.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
