Create a pipeline with its stages
POST/api/deal-pipelines
A new pipeline and, in the same call, at least one stage. Needs
deals.manage. A stage without display_order takes its position in
the array; without win_probability it takes 100. conversion_event
maps the stage to the advertising conversion it represents (see
setDealStageConversionEvent).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
