Revoke a single device token

Revokes one of the acting user's device tokens. The token must belong to the acting user (404 otherwise — another user's token ids are never revealed). Subsequent use of the revoked token returns 401.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
