Add an existing or a new person to the company
POST/api/organizations/:organization/people
contact_id links an existing person (needs contacts.manage on them);
otherwise a new contact is created from the name/email/phone given. A
person's first company becomes their primary.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
