The rows of getConversionBreakdown as a CSV file: the dimension value, its label, the step counts, the two rates, the median hours to a booking and to a sale, and one revenue_<CURRENCY> column per currency present. Labels that start with =, +, - or @ are prefixed with ' so a spreadsheet never runs them.
