Which template the workspace and each site wear
GET/api/appearance/assignments
Doc 108 §7.2 — the workspace's template of the kind (null: the
platform default), and per site its own (null: it follows the
workspace), what it wears in effect and why (site, tenant,
default; default with no assignment anywhere is the platform
default in the site's colours from before templates).
