Get a metered usage report

/api/usage/report

Returns a provider-neutral, limit-free usage report for a billing period — the raw per-metric quantities a downstream metered-billing reporter consumes. Admin only.

The period query parameter selects the period (YYYY-MM); when omitted or malformed it falls back to the current period. This surface carries NO quota limits (see GET /api/usage for usage-vs-quota); it is the data contract for Faz 3 Stripe metered billing.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
