Sync a department's agents

Replaces the department's agent set with the supplied user ids (drives department-aware auto-routing). Requires supervisor or admin. Each id must be a staff member of the current tenant.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
