Send one self-test conversion event
POST/api/conversions-settings/test
Sends ONE real event through the real endpoint, always with a test event code so nothing reaches production reporting.
This is the only honest way to verify a Conversions setup: the failure
this exists to catch — a token that authenticates but cannot write to
THIS dataset — is indistinguishable from success until an event is
actually sent. events_received is Meta's own count, and
fbtrace_id is the one handle Meta support can act on.
Returns 422 when the integration is not configured, or when Meta refuses the event.

Meta accepted the test event.
Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
Not configured, or Meta refused the event.
