Undo a visitor's link to a person

The page-visit and chat touches the link claimed go back to anonymous, the person's first/last touch is rebuilt from what remains, and the automatic paths (chat, form, ref code) will not link this visitor to that person again; the panel still can. Audited (visitor.unlinked). A no-op for an anonymous visitor.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
