Book an appointment — into the CRM or our own diary
POST/api/appointments
The body echoes the target the options call offered; a different
server answer is refused with target_changed. A CRM booking needs the
contact's single linked record and the crm.write permission; every
field the CRM accepts is mapped (person, start, length, staff, service,
notes).
