Delete an appearance template

A template the workspace or a site uses is refused (409 template_in_use, with usage) unless replacement says what they wear instead: a ref of the same kind, or null (sites follow the workspace again, the workspace takes the platform default). Audit appearance_template.deleted.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
