Get the tenant's visitor-push (OneSignal) status (admin)

Returns the tenant's OneSignal credentials status for widget visitor push. The REST key is never returned — only whether one is set. Admin only.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
