Answer a pending takeover offer

PUBLIC endpoint (anonymous visitors, NO staff auth). The visitor answers the interactive Yes/No takeover offer the bot posted. accept=true requests the handover and posts a confirmation message; accept=false dismisses the offer and the bot keeps answering. The conversation is taken EXCLUSIVELY from the verified session token. Idempotent — a no-op when no offer is pending. Returns 202 Accepted.
