Dry run of a background knowledge operation
POST/api/knowledge/operations/estimate
What the operation would do, without doing it: e.g. for dedupe the
exact duplicate counts, for learn_from_history the candidate answers,
AI calls, tokens and (platform key) the estimated wallet cost in micros.
