Can the workspace use a knowledge base?

Whether a usable embedding model + credential exists (doc 103 §I). Not tied to the AI on/off switch. When ready is false, knowledge sources, "use in training" and learning from history are refused with 409 and the panel shows "Choose an embedding model for the knowledge base". Requires knowledge or AI management.
