A member's hours — own and effective

/api/working-hours/users/:userId

Readable by a member manager (members.manage) and by the member themself. A member with several departments and no own hours works the union of their departments' hours (tenant setting).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
