The workspace's media library

/api/media

Files an agent, a saved reply or a flow sends over and over — the price list, the logo, the returns form (doc 60).

Returns only files this member may see: their own, files shared with the whole workspace, files shared with one of their departments (with media.view_department), or everything (with media.view_all). Cursor paginated, newest first by default. A call with no parameters keeps the old {data:[{id, filename, mime, size_bytes, url}]} fields.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
