Start a direct upload

/api/media/uploads

Reserves a storage key and returns where the browser PUTs the bytes — one presigned url, or presigned parts for large files. When checksum_sha256 matches a file this member can already see, the answer is 409 with that file; send allow_duplicate: true to upload anyway. Quota, type and size are checked here, before a byte moves.
