Broadcast a typing indicator

Broadcasts an ephemeral typing event to the OTHER subscribers of the conversation's realtime channel (only users who may view the conversation can subscribe). Nothing is persisted.

The event payload states who is typing: actor_kind (agent here), actor_id, actor_name, actor_first_name, mode (reply | note) and is_typing. Agent events also carry the legacy user_id / user_name for one release. A note is team-only: it never triggers the customer-facing indicator on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram or the web widget.

Clients ping while the agent types (at most every ~3 s) and send is_typing=false on send, on an emptied box, on blur and after a short idle; receivers expire a typist ~6 s after their last ping.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
