Create a contact

Saves a new person. Nothing is sent to them. An e-mail or phone that already belongs to someone in the workspace is refused with a 422 that names who it is (errors.email / errors.phone) and carries their id in errors.existing_contact_id — usually the right move is to use that contact. Sending allow_duplicate: true creates the second record anyway (families often share a number).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
