Link a marketplace buyer to a contact by order number

An agent links the buyer behind an order number (read from the local order mirror) to this contact (doc 70 §11 flow 5). 404 when the order is not mirrored or the marketplace is not connected. 409 when the buyer is already bound to another contact — nothing is changed and a suggestion is opened (suggestion_id) so the agent can link or merge. A contact may hold several accounts of one marketplace, so an existing link to a different buyer is not a conflict. Needs the contact update ability.
