Create a knowledge source

Create and ingest a knowledge source (admin only).

text / qa sources are chunked and embedded synchronously; the returned source reports its status (ready on success, failed if AI is unusable or embedding errored).

file sources (pdf / docx / txt / md) are stored on the knowledge disk and parsed asynchronously — the row may come back processing and flip to ready once the background job settles. The endpoint accepts both application/json (text / qa) and multipart/form-data (file).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
