GET/api/knowledge/evaluation
The "Knowledge health" card's evaluation block (doc 103 §6, Phase 1):
the workspace's evaluation settings, the gold set's size (by kind,
origin and language), the latest evaluation run and the trend of the
last 12 runs (newest first).
Writing the set and running an evaluation are evaluate operations.
Requires knowledge or AI management.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
