Queue selected discovered pages for ingest
POST/api/knowledge/sources/:knowledgeSourceId/pages/select
Curated crawl (SC-1): mark discovered pages pending and start the batched crawl. all: true selects every discovered page (optionally narrowed by search — "select all filtered").

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
