Get the authenticated user

GET 
/api/me

Returns the signed-in user, including its tenant id and locale. The SPA polls this on boot to decide auth state and learn its own tenant id (never trusted from the client).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
