Where people get to in this flow, and where they give up

THE FUNNEL, READ OFF THE RUN STORE.

This used to be a lifetime tally per node (flow_node_counters), which could say how many people had ever reached a step and nothing about whether they left it — and had no time dimension at all, so "did last week's change help?" was unaskable. The table is gone: every one of those numbers was already in flow_run_steps, with a timestamp, and a second set of books is a second chance to be wrong.

A step's exit is the node the conversation ACTUALLY went to next, not the option value that was pressed: option values are the author's vocabulary and change when a branch is renamed, while the step that followed is a fact about that conversation.

A step with nothing after it is the drop-off, which is the column authors are actually looking for.

TEST runs are excluded — the editor's dry run must not move a tenant's numbers.
