WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED, PER CONVERSATION.
The engine kept only flow_node_counters — a lifetime tally per node,
which says how many people took the sales branch and nothing at all
about why one particular person's conversation stopped where it did.
This is the list a tenant opens when a flow "did not work".
Newest first, capped at 50: a debugging surface is read from the top, and an unbounded page of a busy tenant's runs is not one. Steps are not included here — the detail endpoint carries the trace.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
