Files a report in the platform team's inbox and e-mails the team (links only — files never travel by e-mail). The workspace, the user and the role are taken from the session, never from the body; context carries only what the browser knows and showed the member before sending. Attachments must be the caller's own completed uploads. Rate limited per member and per workspace (429).
