Apply the tenant's own status word

Applying a label moves the core status with it. The label carries which core status it means, so the two can never disagree — only one of them is ever set by hand.

The move goes through the same funnel as cancel and no-show, so the mirrored Google / Outlook event is removed with it. A label meaning rescheduled is refused (reschedule_needs_a_new_slot): rescheduling is a move to another slot, not a change of word, and setting it by hand would free the slot and leave nothing in its place.

Re-confirming a cancelled booking can collide with whatever took the slot meanwhile; that answers slot_taken.
