A visit is rarely one thing — "cut + colour", "consultation + blood test", "service + tyres". Replaces every line wholesale, because a visit is edited as a whole and patching individual rows leaves the caller to work out which ones went away.

A line naming a catalogue service borrows its name and its duration; the name is then copied, so renaming the catalogue entry does not rewrite what the customer was told.
