Move a booking to another start

/api/bookings/:booking/reschedule

The old booking is cancelled and a fresh one written for the new start with the same type, person, conversation, host and notes (linked back through extra.rescheduled_from). A taken hour is refused before anything moves.

The new start is taken, or the booking is no longer active.
