What this workspace sells, and for how much.

Separate from the connected CRM's catalogue on purpose. The first provider measured stores a price for every service and publishes it through no read endpoint at all — its catalogue list answers with an id, a name, a group and a VAT rate. So the identities live over there and the prices live here, and the two are complementary rather than duplicated.

price is null when nobody has set one, and never a zero: a zero on a catalogue row becomes a zero on an offer, and an offer is a document somebody sends to a customer.

Inactive items are excluded unless include_inactive is set — a discontinued treatment must not reappear in a picker. Requires crm.view, catalog.manage or deals.manage.
