Ready-made scenarios for a new assistant

GET

/api/voice-agents/templates

SEED CONTENT for the assistant editor, which used to open as an empty prompt box — a starting point that asks the operator to already know what a good VOICE prompt looks like (no scrollback, one job, short sentences: a different craft from a chat prompt).

Choosing a scenario fills the form and the tenant owns it from that moment. Nothing links back afterwards and no template id is stored on the assistant, because a pointer to a document somebody else edits underneath you is a promise that quietly breaks.

The text resolves through the translator, so a locale nobody has authored falls back to ENGLISH rather than to a placeholder — a placeholder in a menu label is ugly, a placeholder in a prompt is an assistant saying nonsense to a customer. greeting keeps its :company placeholder on purpose: substituting the tenant's name here would bake today's name into a prompt they then edit by hand.

Requires voice_agents.manage.

Every scenario, complete enough to run.
