Answer the ringing call
POST/api/conversations/:conversationId/call/answer
Two coordinated hops: the media sidecar is handed the caller's SDP offer
and returns an answer, and that answer is POSTed to Meta to accept. The
call is only active once both have succeeded — a failure in either
leaves the call ringing rather than half-answered.
Answering here also clears the ringing overlay on every other agent's
screen. Authorized via the conversation reply ability.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
No call is ringing on this conversation.
The call is already live — data.answered_by says who holds it, so a device that lost the answer race can stand down; the thread has MORE THAN ONE call in flight, in which case the action must be re-issued against /api/calls/{callId}/answer (code: ambiguous_call); or the ringing call carries no SDP offer / its channel is no longer configured for WhatsApp.
The sidecar or Meta refused.
