Decline the ringing call
POST/api/conversations/:conversationId/call/reject
Best-effort towards Meta: a call the customer already abandoned cannot be
rejected, and failing the request for that would leave the panel stuck
ringing. The session is marked declined either way.
Authorized via the conversation reply ability.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
No call is ringing on this conversation.
More than one call is in flight on this conversation (code: ambiguous_call — re-issue against /api/calls/{callId}/reject), or the call's channel is no longer a configured WhatsApp channel.
