May this user listen to this call?

/api/calls/:callId/listen

LISTEN-IN (21-KOPRU-SOZLESMESI §12.13). supported is the media bridge's listen capability (a build that cannot encode the mix does not publish it); available says the AI assistant holds the call right now. The panel draws the Listen button only when both are true. Authorization is reply on the call's conversation — the same right that sees and takes over the assistant's card.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
