/api/conversations/:conversationId/export

Download the whole conversation (oldest→newest) as a file in one of four formats via ?format=:

• txt — a plain-text transcript.
• json — structured, portable metadata (NO disk/path/signed URLs).
• html — a self-contained, searchable chat view; attachments are shown as labelled chips (no media bytes). Includes an embedded JS search that highlights/filters matching messages.
• zip — a WhatsApp-style archive: every attachment's bytes under media/, an conversation.html that renders the chat with INLINE media + the same JS search, plus transcript.txt and conversation.json for completeness. Returned as a download (Content-Disposition: attachment). Authorized through the conversation view ability; cross-tenant conversations are invisible under RLS (404). All user content in the HTML is escaped (no markdown execution) to prevent XSS.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
