Messaging API v1 (doc 72 §4.2): Amazon itself e-mails the buyer, adds the order number, translation and its own notices, and keeps the message in the seller's history. The type must be one Amazon offers on the order now. Text limits per type: 2000 (confirmOrderDetails, confirmDeliveryDetails, confirmServiceDetails, unexpectedProblem), 800 (confirmCustomizationDetails), 400 (digitalAccessKey); files only for warranty, legalDisclosure, invoice (required) and the two optional ones; at most 5. Text may not carry e-mail addresses, phone numbers, non-Amazon links or emoji (amazon.reply.contact_info). Recorded in the thread as the agent's message, already delivered.
