List a conversation's shared media, documents or links
GET/api/conversations/:conversationId/media
WhatsApp-style shared content of a conversation, one tab per request:
media (image/audio/video attachments), documents (every other file),
or links (URLs extracted from message bodies). Newest first, paginated,
with an in-tab q filter and a counts block (per-tab totals) for the
tab badges. Media/document items carry their source message_id +
created_at and ONLY a signed url (disk/path are never exposed). Links
are plain server-extracted strings carrying the same source coordinates.
Authorized through the conversation view ability; cross-tenant rows are
invisible under RLS (404).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Resource not found (or not visible to the current tenant).
