Solicitations API (doc 72 §4.3): Amazon's fixed, translated "product review and seller feedback" e-mail. Once per order, ever, and only inside Amazon's window (5 days after the earliest delivery date to 30 days after the latest). outcome: sent, already_requested or ineligible. A system line records a sent request. Needs the right to reply.
